Wise toured Marine Corps bases via a CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter and was given a brief on the FRF. Wise is the deputy commander with United States Forces Japan. Boerighter is the Futenma Relocation Facility program director, Marine Corps Installations Pacific-Marine Corps Base, Camp Butler Japan. The CH-53E is with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 361, currently assigned to 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, under the unit deployment program.
