Members of a Commander, Naval Forces Europe and Africa brass quintet play in a live radio performance at a radio station in Lagos, Nigeria during USS Nashville's port visit in support of Africa Partnership Station. APS is an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Africa which aims to work cooperatively with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
