    Lt. Travis Clem and Lt. David Trampp from the Fleet Survey Team work with Nigerian Sailors to construct a tide guage as part of a cooperative hydrographic survey. The survey is part of Africa Partnership Station Nashville's initiative to enhance maritime safety and security in West and Central Africa. APS is an international initiative under the auspices of Naval Forces Africa which aims to work cooperatively with U.S., European and African partners to enhance maritime safety and security for the continent of Africa.
