Africa Partnership Station Nashville Commander Capt. Cindy Thebaud speaks after completing the Race for Cure in Lagos, Nigeria. Forty-one Sailors from APS Nashville participated in the run during USS Nashville's port visit in support of Africa Partnership Station. APS is an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Africa which aims to work cooperatively with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
