U.S. Marines, Marine Wing Support Squadron 271, gather for a group photo before starting the Devil Dog Dare Challenge, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, N.C., Sept 10, 2014. The Devil Dog Dare Challenge is a three part confidence based course designed to increase unit cohesion, and to build and test the endurance of Marines and Sailors. The rope portion of the course includes 8 obstacles, from ziplining to rappelling. After the rope course, the Marine or Sailor will be provided a mountain bike and must conquer a three mile bike trail, which is then followed by two rock climbing walls. The course is located in the Shady Grove picnic area of MCAS Cherry Point. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by LCpl. Anthony Brosilow/Released)
