Col. Robert Howard, retired, Medal of Honor recipient and eight-time purple heart recipient gives a speech during the opening ceremony of the Chicago Medal of Honor Convention. The convention lasts a week and during that time the Medal of Honor winners will tour schools, fire stations, and police stations, they also will be signing autographs and speaking to youth.
