A national police officer assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 8th NP Brigade, 2nd NP Division gives an Iraqi boy a book bag at a school in the city of Shawra Wa Um Jidir March 8 in the 9 Nissan District of eastern Baghdad. NP officers and Paratroopers assigned to Company B, 2nd Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, visiting several schools during "Operation Dub Chabeer 2." The combined operation was a humanitarian mission to hand out hundreds of school supplies to students in seven different schools across the city.
