Jesus Gutierrez from Lipan, Texas, both platoon sergeants with 5th Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, learn how to operate an 81mm mortar during a weapons exchange at Ranikhet Cantonment, Uttarakhand, India, Sept. 19, 2014.
