Citizens of Chatan Town and Ginowan City walk along an evacuation route toward a check point as part of an evacuation drill Sept. 4 at Camp Foster. In the event of a natural disaster, Camp Foster will open its gates to the surrounding communities to evacuate Okinawa citizens.
