Keisha Barajas, Civil Affairs Team 31, 1st Combined Arms Battalion 63rd Armor Regiment, hands a teacher a bag of school supplies during the grand re-opening of Almuwifikia School in Lutifiyah, Mahmudiyah Qada, March 3. The two-month, $127,000 refurbishment was funded by the Commander's Emergency Response Program and provides a more conducive environment for the Iraqi children to obtain an education.
