Marines and Sailors with Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force South and the future amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6) walk across the flight deck of America to man the rails Sept. 15, 2014. The ship completed its maiden transit, "America Visits the Americas" with its arrival in San Diego.
