Tenney joined Timothy Omundson, Deanna Russo, DeAnna Pappas, and Esai Morales for an Ambassadors of Hollywood tour to U.S. military installations in Southwest Asia. "My wife and I watch Tenney in 'The Closer' all the time," said Thomas. "I had to get his autograph." After early theatrical success in Broadway, Tenney transitioned to an eventful career in television and film.
