A boarding team from the Coast Guard Cutter Bear comes alongside the 208-foot cargo vessel Borocho northeast of Panama in international waters prior to boarding. After the boarding was complete, the boarding team discovered 719 kilograms of cocaine worth an estimated wholesale value of more than $23 million.
