Col. John Dolan, 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing vice commander, participates in an obstacle course held at Joint Base Balad on March 4 as part of the "Operation Catch Fish" tour. Part of the competition was to pick up a plastic bait fish with only one's mouth and then drop it into a bowl. Operation Catch Fish is a collaboration of professional fishermen and women designed to entertain and boost the morale of service members in Iraq and Kuwait.
