Boor, commanding general of the Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command, in honoring fallen Soldiers during the 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony Sept. 13 at the Ernie Pyle U.S. Army Reserve Center on Fort Totten, New York. The event honored six New York-area Army Reserve Soldiers – Lt. Col. William Pohlmann, Capt. Mark Whitford, Capt. Michael Mullan, Warrant Officer Ronald Bucca, Staff Sgt. Frederick Ill and Sgt. Shawn Powell - who were killed in the terrorist attacks against the United States on Sept. 11, 2001.
