Vice Adm. William Moran, Chief of Naval Personnel, talks with seaman recruits during "pizza night" in the galley of the USS John F. Kennedy, a recruit barracks at Recruit Training Command (RTC). Moran visited Naval Station Great Lakes to tour facilities on base and to serve as the reviewing officer in a pass-in-review ceremony for graduating Sailors.
