Iraqi police officers review dealership computer files to verify that the vehicle identification numbers matches the inventory reports as a way to ensure the car dealership is not selling stolen automobiles in Kirkuk, Iraq, Feb. 26. If any vehicle is found to be stolen, or improperly inventoried, the police will impound the vehicle and fine the dealer.
