The U.S. Air Force Personnel Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph in Texas has been restored to its historic look. The Facilities Repair and Renewal Project was the first comprehensive renovation of the building since it was built in the 1930s. One of the primary improvements, energy efficient and antiterrorism/force protection compliant windows, fill in the arches helping to reduce electrical usage and provide better climate control and natural light for the building’s interior.
