The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, U.S. Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, talks to Recruit Training Command (RTC) staff members during lunch in the USS Arizona, a recruit barracks on RTC. Dempsey visited Naval Station Great Lakes to tour facilities on the base and to participate in a town hall meeting with military, civilian staff and families members.
