A member of the Search and Extraction team of the Ohio National Guard FEMA Region V Homeland Response Force (HRF) finishes cutting a board with a power saw, July 23, at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The Search and Extraction Team is working to rescue any simulated casualties in a nearby damaged structure as part of a week-long training exercise being conducted at Camp Atterbury called Vibrant Response. Vibrant Response is a multi-week interagency exercise that brings together federal, state and local agencies together as part of a simulated disaster response exercise.
