Two teams of Soldiers with the Search and Extraction team of Ohio National Guard FEMA Region V Homeland Response Force (HRF) begin the trek toward the incident site, July 23, at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The Search and Extraction Team is preparing to do a preliminary reconnaissance of a simulated incident site as part of Operation Vibrant Response 14. Vibrant Response is a yearly disaster response exercise that is conducted at Camp Atterbury and the surrounding area.
