Two Soldiers with the Search and Extraction element of the Ohio National Guard FEMA Region V Homeland Response Force (HRF) work to assemble a rolling stretcher, July 23, in Camp Atterbury, Indana. The Ohio HRF is a joint service team of more than 500 Army and Air Force members that are trained to assist and support civil authorities in the event of a major catastrophic event.
