A Soldier with the Ohio National Guard FEMA Region V Homeland Response Force (HRF) stands watch over an entry control point, July 23, at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The Soldiers and Airmen of the FEMA Region V HRF took part in operation Vibrant Response, a training exercise that brings together more than 5500 military and civilian personnel from around that country in a simulated response to a terrorist attack. Vibrant Response gives both military and civilian personal a chance to practice inter-agency cooperation. (Ohio National Guard photo by Sgt. Brian Johnson.)
