David Stilwell, 35th Fighter Wing commander, presents Misawa Air Base's contribution to the annual Red Feather Campaign to Ishi Numata, Misawa Red Feather Community Chest Committee president, at the Misawa International Center, Feb. 23. The Misawa Red Feather Committee is one of the 3,300 branches making up the Japanese Red Feather Community Chest, helping less-fortunate citizens throughout Japan.
