Hussein, commander, 1st Battalion, 22nd Brigade, 6th Iraqi Army Division, sign the official paperwork confirming the hand-off of Joint security Station Sheikh Marouf from coalition forces to Iraqi security forces Feb. 23 in the Karkh District of northwest Baghdad. The hand-over is part of the recently signed Security Agreement between coalition forces and the Iraqi government.
