The Bavarian Minister of the Interior, Maj. (Res.) Joachim Herrmann, receives an information briefing on the capabilities of the U.S. Army's Joint Multinational Training Command's training facilities on the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Sept. 2, 2014. The minister saw how the Army conducts combat trauma training at the Medical Simulation Training Center and how virtual scenarios at the tactical gaming division of the Joint Multinational Simulation Center are helping U.S., NATO and partner-nation forces in Europe better hone their training program through efficient and repetitious practice. Grafenwoehr is the largest U.S. Army installation in the state of Bavaria. (U.S. Army photo by Markus Rauchenberger/released)
