Chris Polsgrove, a member of Bravo Battery, 1st Battalion, 158th Field Artillery, Oklahoma National Guard, who serves as commandant of the Regional Command-South headquarters compound, sorts through requests to have a flag flown on the main mast at the RC-South Headquarters, Sept. 2, 2014.
