U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Tony Chatman and Tech. Sgt. Chatman, an Air National Guardsman from New Jersey's 177th Fighter Wing, is from Atlantic City, N.J. Garrett is an Air National Guardsman from the 187th Fighter Wing in Montgomery, Ala. Garrett is from Montgomery, Ala. A team of 10 munitions systems airmen from three U.S. bases are responsible for assembling bombs and ammunition that help keep U.S. ground forces safe throughout Afghanistan with A-10 and F-16 Close Air Support missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. This group is comprised of Air National Guardsman from the 177th Fighter Wing, Atlantic City, N.J. and 187th Fighter Wing, Montgomery, Ala. as well as active duty Airmen and reservists from the 442nd Fighter Wing, Whiteman AFB, Mo.
