Chris Klein, a pavements and construction equipment operator, assigned to 110th Civil Engineer Squadron, Battle Creek, Mich., adds cement to the concrete mixture in order for his team to set posts during the fence building project at Adazi Secondary School in Adazi, Latvia, Aug. 7, 2014. Civil Engineers from the 113th Fighter Wing and 110th Airlift Wing deployed to Latvia where they took part in the Humanitarian Civic Assistance (HCA) project.
