Chief Master Sgt. Rodolfo Gonzales, 332nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron chief of the fire department here, pauses for a moment of silence during a memorial ceremony honoring fallen firefighter, Staff Sgt. Ray Rangel. Feb. 13 marked the four-year anniversary of Rangel's death. Rangel, a fire emergency services technician, died Feb. 13, 2005, while attempting to save two Soldiers trapped in an overturned humvee in a canal.
