U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. Bradley E. Emmett II, a C-130 pilot with the 169th Airlift Squadron, uses the Real Time in Cockpit device aboard his C-130H3 Hercules while en route to the Peoria, Ill., Aug. 16, 2014. The RTIC enhances C-130 aircrews ability to communicate with ground crews and other aircraft during airlift and airdrop operations, according to the Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation.
