1st Lt. Casey Staker, a platoon leader assigned to 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, attached to the 1st Special Troops Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, leads his Soldiers on a patrol brief, Feb. 11, in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad before a mission in support of 1st Cavalry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad. The combat engineers are responsible for maintaining the "Raider" Brigade's route clearance mission, assisting ISF to ensure that the roads are free of improvised explosive devices and ordnance.
