A Bulgarian soldier and U.S. Marines work together to construct a folding silhouette charge while participating in an urban-breaching course during exercise Platinum Lion 14-2 at the Novo Selo Training Area, Bulgaria, Aug. 5, 2014. A folding-silhouette charge is used to create paths-of-entry through doors, walls and roofs. Platinum Lion is an annually-scheduled training engagement that promotes and strengthens interoperability between regional partners, allies and U.S. forces through multilateral familiarization and training.
