Ali Abbas Menshed Khafel al-Lamey, commander of 1st Battalion, 24th Brigade, 6th Iraqi Army Division, attended the event. The fish market sells fish to all regions of Iraq not just the citizens of Baghdad and once was a thriving business before the current war.
