KABUL, Afghanistan (Aug. 3, 2014) – Steelworker 1st Class (SCW) Holly Robinson, of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Two Five (NMCB 25), prepares to cut a section of drill casing during water well training with the Afghan National Engineer Brigade’s (NEB) Specialty Kandak at Camp Ghazi, Afghanistan. Members of NMCB 25 are in Afghanistan performing train and assist and partnering operations to develop and sustain the specialty and general engineering capabilities of the NEB in order to provide critical engineer skill sets to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
