Col. Owen W. Monconduit, a native of Pineville, La., who serves as the commanding general of the 225th Engineer Brigade presents Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, a native of South Bend, Ind., who serves as the commanding general of the 926th Engineer Brigade, with a going away present during the transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Liberty in Baghdad, Feb. 9. The 926th has completed its tour of duty in Iraq and is being replaced by the 225th Engineer Brigade from Camp Beauregard in Pineville, La.
