Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPT&E) Fleet Master Chief April Beldo (right) and Yeoman 1st Class Dewayne L. Lee Jr. (right) was selected the 2013 MPT&E SOY during a luncheon ceremony held on Naval Station Great Lakes, Ill., Feb. 28. During the week tours and visits to A Schools at Training Support Center (TSC) on the Naval station, Recruit Training Command (RTC), the Navy's only boot camp, and a day trip to various Chicago attractions were conducted.
