Capt. Justin Washington, chief dietitian/ nutrition and wellness officer with the 452nd Combat Support Hospital administers the bioelectrical impedance body fat test to Chief Warrant Officer 2 Joseph Manning, a maintenance control technician and Spc. Ernesto Visitacion, a intelligence, analyst both with 1st Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team Soldiers, 1st Infantry Divisions at the health and wellness fair Aug. 12 at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The test gives Soldiers an accurate idea of their body composition and percentage of body fat, lean muscle mass and hydration levels.
