Master Sgt. Todd Pallas, 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, pavement and heavy equipment operator uses a preassure washer to clean concrete from a screed, Feb. 5. The screed consolidates and levels the concrete to a flat surface. When finished, the concrete slab will be used for a food storage area for the new dining facility at the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing. Pallas is deployed from Ellsworth Air Force Base and hails from Washington.
