U.S. service members meet with Jose Antonio Lopez Arevalo, the mayor of Puerto Barrios, and Edgar Castelain, the minister of public works, to conduct Subject Matter Expert Exchanges during Southern Partnership Station 2014 (SPS-JHSV 14).
