Citizens of Sab al Bour, nicknamed the "City of Peace," northwest of Baghdad, display their civil pride Jan. 31. Both Sunni and Shiite Muslims gathered together to participate in the provincial elections. There was no fear of reprisals or violence due to the meticulous planning and security efforts of the Iraqi security forces, along with Troop B Bountyhunter, 2nd Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad, that culminated in a violence free event.
