Dieter Engelhardt and a group of Africa Partnership Station Nashville Sailors man the rails as USS Nashville prepares to pull into Dakar, Senegal for the first African port visit of Africa Partnership Station Nashville. APS Nashville is an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa which aims to work cooperatively with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security in West and Central Africa.
