"Steadfast and Loyal," a model race car completed by Maj. Kurt Giese, a native of Missoula, Mont., and the military intelligence officer for 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, is a tribute to the 4th Inf. Div. Soldiers. Soldiers and civilians in the 1st "Raider" BCT, 4th Inf. Div., worked on model cars, planes, military vehicles and dioramas from famous scenes in history and the movies during their spare time. Working on the models helps the Soldiers and civilians to relax and unwind.
