Emotions ran high during the Staff Sgt. Braind T. Williams Memorial Highway dedication ceremony, July 26, in Sparks, Ga., as a new Department of Transportation highway marker was reviled to the residents of Cook County, Ga., which includes the cities of Adel and Sparks, where Williams grew up.
