Cook County officials unveil the Staff Sgt. Briand T. Williams Memorial Highway signs, July 26, at Cook Middle School in Sparks, Ga. Williams was killed in action Nov. 22, 2009. He was assigned to Battery B, 1st Battalion, 10th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team.
