Culinary Specialist 3rd Class John Duong, from Phoenix, Ariz., shows visiting Chief Chef Xanda Chua, of the Republic of Singapore navy, the Chiefs' Mess aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Wayne E.
