    U.S. Marine Sgt. Calvin D. Kizzee, a Houston, Texas, native, attends a combined leadership meeting July 21 prior to the start of Korean Marine Exchange Program 14-12 at 1st ROK Marine Division Base, Pohang, South Korea. During the meeting, staff members discussed training dates and made alterations to not only accommodate inclement weather conditions, but also maximize the Marines’ use of available assets to increase training time. KMEP is a regularly scheduled training exercise that enhances the ROK and U.S. alliance, promotes stability on the Korean Peninsula, and strengthens interoperability.
