Lt. Col. Jeffrey Hopkins, native of Midway, Ala., speaks to the 926th Engineer Brigade after receiving his promotion. Hopkins is the 926th Engineer Brigade's Intelligence Officer and has served in the Army for 19 years. Hopkins is on his second tour of duty in Iraq. Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, commander of the 926th Engineer Brigade, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, bestowed the rank on the new lieutenant colonel.
