Marines flew two of their Ospreys to the Sapporo Okadama Airport for the 28th Sapporo Airshow. The Osprey made its debut at the airshow to familiarize the Japanese community with the aircraft. O’Donnell is the deputy commander of U.S. Forces Japan, and the Marines are with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 262, Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
