Coast Guard vessel inspector Lionel Campbell conducts a courtesy walk through Thursday, July 24, 2014, of a pontoon boat intended to be placed in service as a water taxi in Jacksonville, Florida. The walk through was not a Coast Guard inspection and was performed to help the owner of the vessel identify deficiencies early that will need to be corrected before or during the actual inspection.
